July 4, 2018 - The public companies Putevi and Zelenilo and the Non-Governmental Organization Green Home, in cooperation with the Department of Protection, have launched a project to preserve green areas in the capital. Therefore, in the forest park near the Aluminum Combine, they carried out the latest in a series of actions for removing utility waste and small wild dumpsites, cleaned the fire-escape roads, and also removed the plant waste at risk for causing the fires.
The capital is planning to enable the rental of 80 conventional and 20 electric bikes, but when exactly the so-called bike sharing system will be launched, it is still unknown.
July 3, 2018 - At the International Competition for the Preliminary Urban-Architecture Design and Study, with the recommendations for the Urbanization of Sadina in Podgorica, which was published by the City of Podgorica in cooperation with the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism, the first prize was awarded to the team led by Dr. Svetlana Perovic from the Faculty of Architecture at the University of Montenegro.
July 1, 2018 - The town of Kotor's keys will be handed over to the children this evening at 21:00 to start their governance of the town on its adventure "Around the World" - the 26th Kotor Festival of Theatre for Children. With more than 75 programs and participants from 28 countries, this year's festival confirms that Kotor hosts the most important children's theatre festival in this part of Europe.
