January 28, 2018 - The famous Verona-Bizanti palace stands on the very seashore at the locality of Racica in Tivat. It belonged to the family Bizanti of Kotor. At the beginning of the 18th century, Villa Verona, together with all the possessions of the Bizanti family in Tivat, passed into the hands of the Verona family from Prcanj.

Its position, as well as a representative construction with a central tower and side wings, jetty to ships and a large estate in the hinterland with a few wells with fresh water, characterise residential ensembles - the summer houses of the well-known Kotor’s and Prcanj’s nobility. The complex is partially in function but due to inadequate use and maintenance is degraded and in poor condition.
