April 8, 2019 - Black without Eggs is a cake that the entire family will adore. You can bake it in a smaller pan and cut it like a cake, or make it even smaller and cut it into small pieces and serve as small and juicy cakes.

For "Black cake without eggs", only a few ingredients are needed, and preparation takes about half an hour. To begin, take two glasses of 2dl, one for dry, and another for the "wet" ingredients. Take a thick plastic container where you will mix the following components:

3 cups of yoghurt
3 cups of wheat flour
2 cups of sugar
1 cup of oil (sunflower, coconut, olive oil)
Three tablespoons of cocoa
Two teaspoons of bicarbonate soda

Place the mixture in a previously dipped pan that you have brushed with flour to prevent your cake from sticking. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180-200 degrees Celsius.
While baking, prepare a chocolate mousse.

To prepare the mousse you need:

½ kg of dark chocolate
½ litre of cooking cream

Cook the cream to boiling and remove from heat. Add the previously chopped chocolate and mix until you get a smooth mass. Chill the so-prepared mixture and put it in the fridge for 15 minutes to cool off before mixing it to get a solid chocolate mousse.

The cake should be cooled before you put on your chocolate mousse.  All you still need to do is to pour chocolate frosting over your cake. Prepare that as follows:

Ten tablespoons of sugar
Eight tablespoons of milk
Two tablespoons of oil
200 grams of dark chocolate

Put all the ingredients in a pan and cook on low heat until the sugar is melted. Remove it from the stove and when it is thoroughly chilled, pour over the cake.

You can serve this dessert without syrup or a cherry cream. Children will love it, and you can treat every guest with delightful serving of this tasteful sweet.
