It is three months since I made my first visit to the Lustica Bay project, a 1.1 billion euro investment into 7 million m2 of land on the peninsula.
All I can say is that if things went this smoothly in the rest of the Balkans, what a region this would be.
The clock is ticking for the opening of the first of the seven hotels that will be part of the resort, in addition to a new town and an 18-hole golf course. The Chedi Lustica Bay will open its doors in mid-July, and if the latest video progress report is anything to go by, it will be more than ready on time.
