Black Lake of Durmitor

A pearl of the Nothern region is the Black Lake of the Durmitor mountains; the number one attraction in Žabljak. Its peaceful borders which can be seen in a single glance are surrounded by centuries-old fir-trees that color the lake waters green with their reflections. Though the ice-cold waters of this glacial lake are not for swimming, you can hire a boat or take a 2-hour walk on the forest trails to enjoy the pure nature.
