May 7, 2019 - The low mountain Vrmac, the peninsula that separates Kotor and Tivat Bays, apart from the botanical and animal world, is vibrant with springs of drinking water.

The village of Petkovici stands on the Tivat side of Vrmac, in the area of Gornji Bogdasici. Although abandoned a long time ago, the stone village preserves fantastic shapes of the cultural landscape, harmoniously incorporated into a natural setting. The dry stone road to Petkovici leads from the settlement of Gradiošnica, wandering through a forest stretched by small watercourses. The largest of them is the source of the Gradišnica River, and one of its inlets is shown in the picture.

The road to Petkovići belongs to the marked walking paths of Vrmac, and you can find the map in the offices of the Tourist Organization Tivat.
