26 August 2018 - Along with the fish, wine, beer, city music, and performance of the regional star and Eurosong Contest Winner, Marija Šerifović, the Night of Petrovac Festival was held.
As announced by the Tourist Organization of Budva, “Night of Petrovac” marked the start of the Post-Summer Season in this city that will last until October 15. Also, according to the Tourist Organization of Budva, there are currently 65,000 tourists staying in Budva, which is at the same level as in the previous year.
The programme began in the afternoon with the traditional national games, such as dragging the rope and swimming race. The central event of this Petrovac’s festival was certainly the preparation and serving of food and drink, while the guests were entertained by the "Castel Nuovo" assembly.
The music programme began with the performance of the City Music of Budva, which then held the concert in the central square.
The end of the festival was marked by the glorious fireworks, while, by the end of the season, the town announced Jazz Festival, Sea Dance, October Fest and Days of Atlantic Horse Mackerel fish.
