The public company Sea Property has announced a public invitation to create a Study of Variant Models for the Formation of Prefabricated Docks, Berths and Mooring Buoys in the Boka Bay, and interested parties can submit bids within one month of the announcement of the call, until November 05, 2018.
In the situation of increasingly explicit requirements for the provision of new facilities or individual berths in Boka Bay, the Sea Property well recognized the need to define, after a complete analysis of natural and created conditions, the locations and the ways in which it is possible to set up the platforms for berths – docks and mooring buoys.
The study should define the zones and locations where it is possible to mount temporary (seasonal) facilities for the formation of smaller commercial moorings, zones and locations where temporary facilities for the establishment of communal berths, a location for securing nautical berths, and finally, an intended intervention in relation to the natural and created characteristics of the space.
The Case Study will include an analysis of existing documentation, an analysis of the situation in the space, a presentation of the basic solutions according to the technical concept and the proposal of the solution by defined spatial units.
