October 6, 2018 - The Public Enterprise "Sea Property" has invested in new infrastructure to improve the experience of visiting the Natura 2000 and the Ramsar area of the special nature reserve Solila in Tivat.

As part of the regular arrangement and repair of the infrastructure in the area of the special nature reserve Solila, the Public Enterprise “Sea Property” replaced two towers and set up a new observatory during the summer months. The value of the works was around 24,563.00 euros.

The tower and the observatory are made of natural material (conifer) with the purpose of contributing to the experience of tourists and the ornithologists and are also suitable for the organization of educational workshops in nature.

"The towers offer the possibility to look at birds from three sides, have a built-in ribbon covered with tile and are intended for the presence of up to 7 people at the same time. The newly constructed observation post is located along the local road to Radovići, whose surface of the access section with the terrace amounts to 10m²," said “Sea Property”.

For the performance of these works, “Sea Property” hired the company "Arhibiro" d.o.o. from Budva, while professional supervision was carried out by the company "Europrojekt" d.o.o. from Podgorica.
