A Lack of Beds in July?

June 24, 2018 - According to the data from the local tourist organizations, about 67,000 tourists visited Montenegro on Friday, or eight percent more than in 2017, said the National Tourism Organization.

Six municipalities on the coast are eagerly awaiting the first days of July, when tourists start to arrive in a significantly larger number to Montenegro, so in the season's peak, there are three times more tourists during a single day. According to the announcements from the tourist workers, the forthcoming summer should exceed all up to date numbers of visitors as well as the revenues, due to excellent data for the visits in all parts of our country. 

As reported by the National Tourist Organization, data from local tourist organizations show that in Montenegro, there were about 67,000 tourists on Friday, which is eight percent more than in the same period last year. The largest increase in the number of registered guests is recorded in Herceg Novi. The local tourist organization says that 14,080 guests were registered in this town, which is 23 times more than a year ago. Two-figure growth in the number of guests has also been recorded in Kotor. In the various accommodation facilities there are 3,728 tourists, which is 15 percent more than last year. The Montenegrin tourism industry center in Budva can boast the highest number of registered tourists.
