In Kotor, all construction will be banned from June 15th to September 1st, said the Utility inspection.

May 29, 2018 - As Radio Kotor reports, the action will be suspended on buildings and public areas in the area of the Old Town, Dobrota, Orahovac, Dražin Vrt, Perast, Risan and Vitoglav, Strp, Lipci, Morinj, Kostajnica, Stoliv, Prčanj, Muo, and Škaljari.

The inspection has invited all investors to complete all the construction work that has begun, by the provisions of the Decree on the town’s arrangement.

"It is possible to carry out construction work on individual buildings if approved by the local government authority responsible for urban planning and construction, upon prior approval of the President of the Municipality, considering that the building permit has been issued by the competent administrative body or local authority following the special regulations. The ban does not apply to emergency and intervention work on public areas, infrastructure facilities, and other objects. After June 15th, the Utility inspection of Kotor will undertake all official actions per its authorities, in the sense of the full implementation of the decision mentioned above," they stated.
