The company 'Carine', which already operates the hotel's Park and Delfin in Bijela, will build another hotel facility in Kumbor by the beginning of next summer, announced the owner of the company Cedomir Popovic.

"Along with everything we do with our tour operators, we are preparing another project in Kumbor. Since we are recognized as a fast-growing company, according to all indicators, the new hotel could be ready by the next season," Popovic said to Radio Jadran.

He pointed out that it would be a four-star hotel near the Portonovi complex, which would have between 200 and 220 rooms.

Thanks to the hotel's Park and Delfin, which are the first to open and close, from April until the end of November, there were 800 guests per day in Bijela. Popovic confirmed that this is the case today as well, stating that the number will increase as the season continues.

"This is the current state of guests in both hotels, but in the future, there will be more than a thousand guests in these facilities. In addition to the hotel facilities, we also offer transfers to the hotel to our guests, i.e., from the airport to the hotel and back," Popović pointed out.

According to him, there are also organized excursions for the guests; therefore, if someone is a guest there for seven days, there are six excursions included - Đurđevića Tara, Skadar Lake, Montenegro, a tour of the Montenegrin coast and Dubrovnik.

"In addition to all-day activities, we offer half-day excursions to Zanjice, Mamula or Boka Bay. Our guests are extremely pleased, as well as the tour operators we are working with for bookings, and the best indicator is the increase of the number of tourists year after year," said Popovic.

Hotel Park opened on March 25th, with mostly German and English guests and a slightly smaller number of French. Hotel Delfin opened on April 20th.

"According to current indicators, this season will be better than the previous one, at least by 20 percent. The pre-season and the post-season are extremely booked, and it is superfluous to even speak about the season itself," said Popovic. In addition to cooperation with the French TOP for travel, Carine is the representative of Itaka for Montenegro, and their guests will use 75 accommodation units, i.e., an auxiliary building next to Hotel Delfin, from the 1st of June to the 1st of September.
