April 23, 2018 - Over the past week, the sky concept - Boogie event took place in Podgorica. This event was held up in the air, as the title suggests, and focused on sky diving and learning how to sky dive. The organizers said that they are delighted with how this activity turned out, that it was successful and every participant left satisfied.

Participants had to meet very few conditions before participating, such as being between the ages of 10 and 99 and having a body weight that is not over 100 kilograms. Health verifications, however, were not necessary. The event mostly took place on the ground while participants learned how to pop up a parachute, navigate through the sky with and without a parachute, how to breathe correctly and the essential items like safety, the suggested height to deploy a parachute, how to use a secondary parachute and so on. The organizers noted that if the person was over 18 years, they decided whether or not they would jump alone or with the help of an instructor. However, if the person chose to jump apart, they had to do a total of 7 jumps with the help of an instructor, while the 8th one could be done alone.

The central part of this activity took place 4.000 meters above the ground, in a plane. Participants, as well as the instructors, jumped out of a plane once it reached the desired height and fell freely for approximately 50 seconds! After free-falling, as everyone should have learned on the course, the jumper would deploy his parachute and navigate safely to the desired point.

This event also included a special offer which featured fast training and quick lessons in skydiving, since, if you are going to jump on your own, you would generally need a validated license for doing so, as well as health verification provided by a doctor or hospital, alongside courses and training in one of the skydiving clubs.
