The coach of Budućnost comments on the team's losing streak.

"I'm not completely unsatisfied, but we played two derbies, we had a good 45 minutes in both matches, we will come to the situation of having a good 60 minutes, then 70 and eventually 90", says the coach of Budućnost.

It does not happen so often that Budućnost binds eight games without a win, scoring only three goals in those matches - even if six of those matches in that series were friendly games.

The poor results of Budućnost players during the preparation period were continued at the start of the championship, against Mladost and Zeta, showing poor form and deepening the gap behind the leading team Sutjeska, now to 14 points.

Coach Vladimir Vermezović, who two months after his tarrival is still waiting for his first victory on the bench of the „blue team", does not seem so worried.

"Do I feel pressure? There is no pressure, I've worked for a long time in the top clubs and I'm used to this kind of thing. I'm sorry that there is still no victory, primarily because of the footballers, because of their confidence, because it’s easy to see how much they want to win. However, it’s important that we are on the right track, that I’m doing everything I need to do, that players are doing everything they need to do and that everything will fit in place, "said Vermezović, who asks for patience.

"We have talent, but we’re lacking experience. We are missing a few players who are not yet fully ready to play like Grbić, Simon Vukčević, also Mirkovic who is recovering from injury, and we will be better with them."

Two similar matches were played by Vermezović's team in the first two rounds. The games were similar not only because of the result (1: 1) – but after a good start against Zeta and against Mladost, the team performance was really bad.

"I'm not completely unhappy, but we played two derbies, we had a good 45 minutes in both matches, we will come to the situation of having a good 60 minutes, then 70, and eventually 90“, said the coach of Budućnost.

Vermezović also announced some changes in the squad for the Sunday match in Grbalj, and one of them applies to Miljan Vlaisavljevic - one of the best Budućnost players in first half of the season, who is now a reserve at the beginning of the spring season.

"Sometimes, you have to make the player angry in order to get the maximum out of him," Vermezović concluded.
