The basketball players of Buducnost Voli have achieved a great victory over Mornar in the 18th round of the Aba league 102: 71 (22:15, 26:17, 28:15, 26:24).
With this triumph, the current Aba league champion is now tied with second-placed Cedevita on the table, but because of their weaker mutual score, they remain in the third place.
"The Blue" have imposed their rhythm in the early stages, consistently having an advantage. In the middle of the second quarter, they reached double digits, and at the half time it was +16.
In the second half, the advantage grew, reaching a maximum of 36 points four minutes before the end. The game ended 102:71.
The most successful in the winning team was Edwin Jackson with 18, Norris Cole with 16, followed by Cody Clarke and Goga Bitadze with 14 points achieved. The two-digit number scores were also achieved by Nikolic, Bel and Gordić - 11 each.
Antabia Walle scored 19 points for Mornar, as well as Nikola Rebic and Djordje Drenovac who scored 10.
In the next round, Buducnost plays against Partizan and Mornar is waiting for Red Star.
