June 21, 2018 - The Montenegrin water polo players will fight in the quarter-finals of the F8 World Cup against Kazakhstan.

Kazakhstan is not a rival Montenegro should fear, but big teams do not make the difference between opponents.

If the “Sharks” start the match right, then placing in the semifinals is certain.

"Australia is always a tricky team. We have won the first place in the group, there is no euphoria, we have come for the medal and I hope we will win it, Kazakhstan is waiting for us, which we will not underestimate. If we impose our style of the game from the start we will surely win. Maybe this match should be used to have the main players rested because after this one there will be a battle for the medal. The system of the competition is such that it is physically exceptionally hard, but we are prepared enough and wise not to stop here," said the center Saša Mišić.

Montenegro defeated Australia in the 3rd round of Group A 10: 8.
