Fantastic goalkeeper Danijel Petkovic saved Montenegro at "Bilinom polje" in Zenica in a 0:0 friendly match against Bosnia and Herzegovina.

May 29, 2018 - Three great stars of the BiH football team, Zvjezdan Misimović, Vedad Ibišević and Emir Spahić, played the last match for the national team, and their teammates failed to treat them with victory at their farewell, against a weakened Montenegro side.

Montenegro created enough chances to crash the Montenegrin defense at least once, but they could not do anything against the 25-year-old goalkeeper Lorijen, who was a real bumper in front of the Montenegrin goal.

Petković embarrassed the Bosnian-Herzegovinian footballers, stars, and stars of the top Italian clubs Edin Džek and Miralem Pjanić, with several magnificent interventions, especially in the first half.

Montenegro, without their star players Savic in defense, Vukcevic in the middle, and Jovetic in the attack managed to secure a positive result.

After Cyprus and Turkey in March, Montenegro has entered their third consecutive tie in friendly matches. The Montenegrin side has not won since March 2014 with the triumph against Ghana. The duel in Zenica, however, was not a match which was expected to be won, for various reasons, and the next (and last) opportunity is Saturday's duel with Slovenia under Gorica (8.15 p.m.).
