"We sincerely and benevolently support Macedonia's efforts towards its Euro-Atlantic integration," said the Montenegrin Minister of Defence.
He stressed that Montenegro is a great advocate of Macedonia's membership in NATO and that our country constantly emphasizes the view that Euro-Atlantic integrations are crucial for the stability and prosperity of the entire region.
Forty-seven members of the Fire Support Troop from the Infantry Battalion of the Army of Montenegro, with sixteen members of the Macedonian Army, carried out the exercise "Execution of the firing of 122 mm D-30J hoods" from August 26 to September 1.
Participation in this activity is of great importance for the development of the capability of the Artillery, especially considering that Montenegro's membership in NATO has imposed new obligations in the field of modernization, equipping and training of the Army. The realization of this activity is part of the high-quality defence bilateral cooperation between Montenegro and the Republic of Macedonia.
