Seven New COVID-19 Patients in Montenegro, Currently Nine Active Cases

June 18, 2020 - Laboratories of the Institute of Public Health (IPH) have registered seven new cases of coronavirus. Thus, the current number of infected in Montenegro has risen to nine.

"From yesterday's cross-section until 21:00, the laboratories of the Institute analyzed 200 samples, of which 193 were negative and 7 positive for the new coronavirus. "Four new patients are contacts of a previously confirmed case, while three new patients are currently looking for the source of the infection," the IPH stated last night.
 
The new patients are from Podgorica (4), Cetinje, Rožaje and Berane, one each.
 
The IPH points out that epidemiological research is underway.
