Bakić's poetry has been translated into fifteen foreign languages and is represented in international anthologies and magazines published in Australia, USA, Great Britain, Japan, India, Spain, France, Bulgaria, and more.

The poetry of the Montenegrin poet Tanja Bakić was published in the English version in the new edition of the international magazine Modern Literature (modernliterature.org), which gives a focus on trends in the field of contemporary world literature. The author and Peter Stonelake translated poetry. In the same edition of this magazine, the book of the English-language author Ruskin Bond was published, the prose of American author Jim O'Donnell, the poetry of American author Gary Beck and many others.

Bakić's poetry is translated into fifteen foreign languages and is represented in international anthologies and magazines published in Australia, USA, Great Britain, Japan, India, Spain, France, Bulgaria and so on.

Bakić completed her English Studies in 2005. Her first collection of lyrics is "Treptaj". Bakić's book translations, lyrics and essays were published in publications from Montenegro, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
