September 11, 2012 - When he complained a while back that Kjubus Luks did not lease Valdanos to build hotels, Don Quixote from Splendid had won all the sympathies of the population from Ulcinj.

The mourning of a deceased English firm, which the fairy-tale bay could only lease for mowing grass and picking makija, as much as it had money on the account, was so deep that it lasted three mornings, forty days and for the entire year as well. This was until a couple of days ago when a forgotten knight of the public celebrated the painful truth about this season’s cancer:

"The chaos this year was made by the totally unlawful objects in the area around Ada Bojana. These objects could not have been removed this year, but the next one we will do so," murmured the proven Ulcinj local patriot and worried a few inhabitants and the tower border guards who live and work around Ada Bojana.Sitting back in a comfortable armchair, with his feet on the table in his hacienda restaurant, the local sheriff of the district of Ada Bojana, was pleased to hear on the Prva television news Budva's pioneering knight about who and how is sabotaging the season. He clapped and called the caps out of the observer sites, consciously risking at the same moment to find himself in the picture of a crazy nudist who envied him on bright green shorts."The names ... I want the names of all the illegal people who make the chaos here," said the sheriff, otherwise a proven Ulcinj local patriot, whom only the hacienda at Ada remained in his authority, after he handed over to the Croats, without any struggle, the county for their management. The trade union organization of the hacienda near the sheriff prompted a call to demolish the bridge on Bojana to prevent the chaos around Ada Bojana to come across the island.

The sheriff of the District of the City Center with the environment, without Ada Bojana, the news from Budva found him in an official car parked properly at the middle of the sidewalk. He was too excited to think about the lack of parking spaces, traffic jams, scooters and other deadly boats or noise. The chaos is there, not here, he thought loudly. He was also thinking of how his assistants and other staff in the office, who have the most attractive locations in Pristan and in the Old Town, finally have a little more to do business in their locales, not all day and night move around the chaos in the city, which does not exist. At a meeting of the Coordinating Body, held immediately, it was noted that there is more parking and less crowding and noise over the season.

"That's good and positive. The environment of Ada Bojana is not in our authority but in the sheriff of Budva," he said at the meeting. The famous actor from Tivat, who played a significant role in the saga related to the privatization of Ulcinj hotels, was listening with the concern of the news from Budva about the chaos around Ada Bojana. While filming in Ulcinj, based on a true event, he often went to Ada Bojana and in paradise on earth, as he spoke, he attended the unforgettable sunsets. But the chaos of whom the knight of Splendid speaks is not an act but a true problem for the whole nation, and also his. By interpreting one of the main characters, the guy from Tivat together with a colleague, a professor of Serbian-Croatian language from Žabljak, had his share of selling the hotels, hotel groups and bus stations in Ulcinj. To both of them, Ulcinj and Ada Bojana, as prominent local patriots, were their favorite destinations as long as film trailers lasted, after which there were no precise and written traces of their visits to the town.

Leading the Ulcinj Prosecution Service, he announced the sequel to the thriller perhaps this fall due to the mysterious disappearance of the hotel and the confusion in the real estate market during and after filming. In his notebook is also an actor and a professor, because, as he wrote in a report, they enjoyed these roles they interpreted too much. Particularly the professor who, when sales percentages were concerned, truly respected the laws. There are also buyers from Podgorica who, while filming, really destroyed the main town hotel, and some episode actors without a style to sign key documents and intentions to be the main protagonists of the achievement, which leaves all the fans of magic breathless. That is why the chaos around Ad Bojana is pointed out by Don Quixote of Splendid, for citizens of Ulcinj, a story already told. And that if it was at Ada Bojana, not around it, it would be the same. A great knight, weak for Ulcinj's beauty, data on illegal facilities around Ada Bojana, could get from the neighbors from Morsko dobro long before the season and then, as the President of the Montenegrin Tourist Association, pointed to a possible chaos. But I doubt that the knight does not know that there is no rabbit in that bush. As a proven fighter, he first had to fight with illegal buildings and all the other chaos he claims to have been guilt of the inspection due to a shuffling of jurisdiction. From his comfortable, gorgeous armchairs, without Rosinant and Sancho, I doubt he could find out about all the adventures of the drivers who went to Ada Bojana, across Budva to Debeli brijeg, in the peak of the season for five hours.

Murakami says new distress needs to be welcomed with a new sense of disappointment. These are the old troubles and the tourists accustomed to them. Instead of the story of illegal buildings around Ada Bojana, for which he knows that will not be destroyed if the owners pay to Morsko dobro as every year, the knight could look at the stench that spreads from Port Milena, the non-functional border crossing at Sukobina and the lack of large hotels a five-star complex in the town that built his town. That is why I expect the knight to fight the real problems of Ulcinj and not only to show at least part of the lavish talent that, as I said in an interview, from a small ice cream vendor led him to a big co-owner of the most luxurious hotel in Montenegro.
