In the Government’s program adopted in March, it stated that they planned to change the Law on this tax in the section related to secondhand products and travel agencies.
“There is a special way of paying taxes for secondhand products and travel agencies in the European and Montenegrin legislation. With the planned changes, further compliance of certain clauses is predicted, but there are no reasons to decrease the VAT for these kinds of products and services”, said the Ministry as their reply to the question of whether a decrease of 21 percent tax is being considered.
