Last night at the Ritz Carlton hotel in Istanbul, before many interested citizens, the construction of a residential complex which will make Bar and the entire Montenegro coastline even more recognizable was presented.
The construction of the appealing complex will be carried out by one of the leading companies in Montenegro – the Soho group from Bar.
Besides the necessary information, interested clients had the chance to learn more about Montenegro and all of its differences and contrasts, with a specific emphasis on Bar as the most perspective town for living and development of professional affinities. Bar is justified by its natural beauty, multi-confessional and multi-national harmony, excellent climate, road infrastructure, business environment, their newly established position with cruisers, and substantial tourism offers.

Besides the investor Mr. Rade Vujacic who welcomed all the guests, this event was honored with the presence of the Turkish government, representatives of the City of Istanbul, the honorable consul of Montenegro in Turkey Prof. Akan Suver, and many respectable citizens of Istanbul. The executive director of Soho group, Ivan Krstajic, thanked the guests and stated that this project has the full support from the local authorities and the Government of Montenegro. Special gratitude was expressed to the local media who responded to the invitation in high numbers and actively participated in Montenegro’s and Soho group’s promotion. It is important to emphasize that the exceptional organization is the merit of Mr. Senad Petovic.
In his exposition, Mr. Rade Vujacic paid special attention to the advantages of investing in Montenegro as the fastest growing tourism destination in the world, emphasizing that the Law on economic citizenship is being drafted and pointed out all other legal benefits Montenegro offers to foreign investors.
The Soho group was founded in 1987 and is known for its five large, completed projects in Montenegro and numerous projects abroad.
The new residential complex, which will be built in the most attractive location in Bar, will include two modern buildings with a total of 224 residential units, boasting a surface area of 33 to 245 m2. The complex will also have a park with a surface of 20.000 m2, which will consist of a children's playground, bicycle and pedestrian paths, a large fountain in the center, and a zone for pets.

Both buildings within the Soho City complex will have a spacious lobby, reception and security services. Retail units will be on the ground floor, including restaurants, elite boutiques, beauty parlors, fitness centers, premium supermarkets, and more. On both of the buildings’ rooftops, there will be open terraces with swimming pools, relaxation areas and open kitchens which will be available to the owners of the luxe penthouse apartments.

“With systematic research of the hotel market, we have estimated that Bar has a big deficit for hotel accommodation; therefore we have decided to re-design one part of the complex into a hotel and offer it to the market as such. The hotel is designed on the first floor of Object 2 with a surface of 1.354 m2. It will have 28 rooms (standard and luxe apartments), equipped with the most modern smart room systems, a reception, special lift cards for the first floor-hotel, a buffet restaurant with a wonderful view and spacious open terraces”, said the Soho group. They also stated that the hotel would be of a high category to please the tastes of the most demanding guests. The hotel will be sold on a 'turnkey' system with all finishing works completed, except for the furniture which is the liability of the buyer.
The construction is ongoing, and the completion of the project is scheduled for October 2019.
