The Tender Committee will, after the closing of the public bid on Monday, evaluated the interested companies and, in accordance with the criteria set out in the tender, made a ranking list.

"With the chosen bidder, the signing of the contract will follow, which will create the conditions for starting the construction of the solar power plant," the ministry said. The estimated value of the solar power plant construction at Briska gora is 300 million euros, and the actual value of the works will be known after the company to build the energy facility in Ulcinj is selected.

The plan is that the works last for up to 36 months.

"In the first phase of the works, which will last 18 months after the signing of the contract with the selected company, 50 megawatts of the plant will be built. The construction of the remaining power plant up to the total planned installed power of 200 megawatts will last three years after the signing of the contract, " highlighted the tender for the lease of the land owned by the state at Briska Gora in the Ulcinj municipality.
