The Ministry of Sustainable Development issued a building permit at the beginning of the year to build this four-star hotel. The Ministry's decision states that the hotel will have basement, ground floor, four floors and attic, and the gross area of the building will be 2,184 square meters.
From the Sas company to Pobjeda was said that the hotel will have 30 rooms, a garage, a restaurant-cafeteria, a meeting room, a gift shop with a gym and boutique.
The owner and CEO of this company is Sreten Keto Bošković, who was the owner of a well-known city market, operating at the same location for nearly 30 years. The design for the hotel was made by a Bureu from Podgorica “Man and Space”, by the architect Ljubomir Vujović, in cooperation with the interior designer Srđa Bošković.
