Pljevlja is among the few municipalities that do not have an arranged town beach, and citizens usually visit the wild beaches on the nearby lakes. Despite the vicinity of the town, the beauty and the quality of the water at Borovicko Lake, despite the announcements for decades, has not yet undergone refurbishment due to administrative obstacles and lack of will. Every summer, this lake gets a certificate as a quality location for the town’s beach, when despite the lousy access roads and neglected beaches, hundreds of citizens are happy to visit.
When the Democrats become leaders in the new government, they will create a weekend resort and ethno villages at the lake. At the same time, they will provide access to the beaches and set up beach assets. In addition, the preliminary design includes the construction of a facility - a future restaurant, which would have a boat dock. The Democrats in Pljevlja will also show how that the government acts with responsibility and what it means to work in favor of the municipality and the interest of the citizens.
Through responsible work, concrete projects, the renewal of existing and construction of new infrastructure, the Democrats will create conditions to stop migration, but also to bring young people back to their homeland. There is currently no market in Pluzine. For Pluzine, a town whose strategic branches are agriculture and tourism, having a modern market is a must.
Because of this, the Democrats have created a concrete project. The markets represent the integral, inseparable part of the standard infrastructure of the inhabited places. The new democratic government in Pluzine will build a modern market that will have particular positions for fruits and vegetables, fish, meat and dairy products. The facility will be a multifunctional type with business premises on the ground floor and the first floor. They will also build parking for passenger and cargo vehicles.
