Arabs Will Pay 400.000 Euro for Building Permits in Zagoric

The Secretary for planning and area arrangement and the protection of environment issued a calculation sheet to the company “Zain Property Development” from Oman of 404,438 euro as compensation for the conventional equipment of the site, i.e. the building permit for the construction of villas in Zagoric.

On 9 March, the Arabs asked to calculate their utilities about three urban plots under the Detailed Urban Planning Plan "Zagoric 3 and 4 - Zone 2" to be able to proceed with the project on the land in Zagoric throughout the transformer station.

The mentioned company already has experience in the construction of residential complexes and villas, and after the project in Montenegro, they intend to build similar compounds throughout Europe.

The Moos Al Raisiiz Omani family founded the "Zain property" company, and 9,969 square meters of land in Zagoric were bought by them from the state for 752,201 euro last year.

At a session held on December 29th, 2016, the Government issued a consent for the sale of the parcels in Zagoric.

"Zain Property Development" was registered in Podgorica in August 2016, as a limited liability company, with the business for development of construction projects."

"The Sale and purchase agreement between Montenegro and 'Zain Property Development' was concluded on 11.04.2017," said the Ministry of Finance.

This year, “Zain Property Development” asked the Secretary of planning and area arrangement and the protection of the environment to issue urban-technical conditions for the construction of villas on the land in Zagoric.

The executive director of the company, according to the Central Business Registry, is Milos Milosevic, and founders are members of the Al Raisi family - Moos Mohamed Abudullah Moos own a 49 percent share, and Mish 'Al Mohamed Abudullah Moos own 51 percent.
