13 September 2018 - On Saturday, September 15th, at 9 PM, the Park Hall in Herceg Novi will host the theatre play "Hotel 88", which is based on the motives of the "Private Lives", a 1930 comedy of manners in three acts by Noël Coward.
It is a romantic story, with the adaptation and direction by Staša Koprivica, who combined contemporary ambient theatre and traditional comedy situations. The play concerns a divorced couple who, while honeymooning with their new spouses, discover that they are staying in adjacent rooms at the same hotel. With a perpetually stormy relationship, they question their feelings for each other.
The theatre play starts with the scene where Viktor and Ana come to a luxury resort hotel by the sea to enjoy their perfect honeymoon. Sandra and Marko come to that same hotel, with the exact same goal. The situation would’ve been completely romantic and idyllic if only Ana and Marko had not been in a long emotional marriage not so long ago. Through one night in the Hotel 88, these four people will experience passionate and hilarious situations.
The actors of the play are Tamara Krcunović, Anđela Jovanović, Andrija Kuzmanović and Vladimir Aleksić. Tickets can be purchased at the pay desk of the Park Hall from 9 AM to 12 PM and from 7 PM to 9 PM. Ticket prices are 10 EUR. Reservations can be made by phone. Phone number: 068 851 031.
