09 October 2018 - The art exhibition of three artists, Jelena Andabaka, Tamara Osmajlić and Vesna Sekulić, at the Josip Bepo Benković Gallery, opened to the public on Tuesday, October 9th at 7 pm. The curator of the Gallery Josip Bepo Benković, Jasmina Žitnik, had the honour to open the exhibition. Žitnik also wrote a foreword to the catalog of this art exhibition, saying that the art worlds of these three artists are connected not so much in a formal manner, but in the sole intimate core of their work.

The artist Jelena Andabaka was born in 1992 in Priština, Kosovo. She later moved to Kragujevac, Serbia, where she completed her primary and secondary education. Jelena graduated in 2015 at the Faculty of Arts in Priština at the Graphics Department. Andabaka then finished her Master Studies at the same faculty in 2017. She currently lives and works in Kragujevac.

Tamara Osmajlić, whose work will also be exhibited at the gallery, was born in 1992 in Berane, Montenegro, where she finished primary and secondary school. She graduated from the Faculty of Arts in Priština, Kosovo in 2015. Osmajlić completed her Master Studies in 2017 in the class of Art Professor Petar Đuza, at the Painting Department. She currently lives in Berane.

The artist Vesna Sekulić was born in 1992 in Kosovska Mitrovica. She finished Art High School in Kraljevo, and later gained college degree in arts, in the class of Professor Zoran Furunović. She completed her Master Studies at the Department of Painting in 2017. Today, Osmajlić lives and works in Leposavić, Kosovo.
